Adoption Process

To begin the adoption process, please complete an application. You will then meet with the foster caregiver. A home visit may be required. The adoption fee is $125.

Mutts & Meows Animal Rescue in Missouri City, TX

Mutts & Meows Animal Rescue is a private organization located near Sugar Land, in the southwestern suburbs of Houston. We collaborate closely with other rescue organizations and the Animal Control Departments of Pearland, Missouri City, and surrounding municipalities in the Houston area to facilitate the placement of dogs and cats into loving, permanent homes. Many of our animals are cared for by foster families, allowing us to become familiar with their personalities and needs, which helps us make suitable matches between pets and potential adopters. Our adoption fees, which vary depending on the partnering agency, include spaying or neutering, vaccinations, FEV/FELV tests for cats, and heartworm tests for dogs.
