Adoption Process
The adoption process includes an interview and/or application, the signing of an adoption contract, and a $100 adoption fee.

New Hope Alliance in El Paso, TX
New Hope Alliance was established by several local rescue organizations to manage adoptions at the local animal shelter, which previously did not have an adoption program. If an animal is returned due to reasons such as a failed adoption or the owner's relocation, it is placed in foster care to ensure it does not face euthanasia at the shelter.
