Rescue Inc in Newburyport, MA

Although we are a relatively new organization, we bring extensive experience in animal rescue. Founded in late 2019, our leadership and consulting team has decades of combined experience in rescue, corporate environments, and dog behavior. Our mission is to provide second chances for animals in need. Rescue Inc. serves as a resource for local dogs while also rescuing displaced and abandoned dogs from the rural southern United States, giving them opportunities they would not otherwise have. We collaborate with organizations in Mississippi and Massachusetts to strengthen the human-animal bond and improve the wellbeing of at-risk canines. As a licensed and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we depend on your tax-deductible donations to support our rescue initiatives. Every contribution is utilized to further our mission of providing options for animals in need.

Adoption process

The adoption process involves several steps. First, you need to complete an application. Next, there will be an interview to discuss your application. Following that, a home visit will be conducted to ensure a suitable environment for the dog. After the home visit, you will have the opportunity to meet the dog. Once you have chosen a dog, you will need to pay the adoption fee and sign a contract. Finally, you can bring your new dog home.
