About this shelter

Fetching Friends Animal Rescue in Lexington, MN

We are a family-operated nonprofit organization dedicated to animal rescue through a foster-based model. After fostering a significant number of animals with another rescue organization in Minnesota, we discovered that their treatment of animals and their foster caregivers did not meet the standards we expected. We learned that the organization was profiting from its operations rather than prioritizing the welfare of the animals. As a result, we made the decision to establish our own rescue, committed to ensuring that our approach remains centered on the well-being of the animals.
