Adopting from Best Friends Animal Society Utah

Adoption process

To adopt a pet from Best Friends Utah, you can start by visiting their website to view the available animals. Once you find a pet that interests you, you can submit an application. The application process includes an interview, where staff will discuss your lifestyle and preferences to ensure a good match between you and the pet. After the interview, a home visit may be conducted to assess your living environment. If all goes well, you will be approved to adopt. Best Friends Utah will guide you through the final steps, including signing the adoption contract and paying the adoption fee. After adoption, they provide resources to help you transition your new pet into your home.
