10 Lives Rescue and Sanctuary in San Andreas, CA

0-Lives Rescue and Sanctuary is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of homeless companion animals. Our mission combines traditional rescue efforts with the advantages of operating a physical sanctuary. We primarily focus on finding permanent homes for cats that have run out of time in shelters, trapping cats in public colonies, and taking in abandoned pet cats that would otherwise face dire situations, such as being left in open fields, parking lots, unsafe neighborhoods, dangerous roads, or shelters where euthanasia is likely. All cats in our care undergo medical evaluations and are spayed or neutered. Social kittens and cats are placed in our mobile adoption program, while special needs cats are considered for our foster program or sanctuary. Feral cats that cannot be returned to their outdoor communities will find a permanent home at our sanctuary. As a non-profit organization, our capacity to rescue and care for cats is dependent on our success in fundraising, the availability of foster homes, and the dedication of volunteers.
