We are a nonprofit organization based in Northern California, established in 1972, dedicated to supporting at-risk animals, including shelter dogs and cats, strays, ferals, and other animals in need of new homes. Our mission involves advocacy, education, and rescue efforts. Adopting from this shelter

Adoption process

Our adoption process includes an application and a contract. We conduct home checks to ensure a suitable environment for the animals. Adoption fees vary based on the animal, ranging from $100 to $400. All animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
