Adoption Process

The adoption process includes the completion and approval of an application. Adopters must sign a contract agreeing not to declaw cats and to return the animal if they are unable to keep it. Additionally, approval from a landlord is required for renters, or proof of home ownership must be provided. The adoption fee is $100 for cats and $150 for dogs.

Our service areas include Antioch, Pittsburgh, all of East Contra Costa County, and parts of central Costa County.

Homeless Animal Response Program in Antioch, CA

This organization was established to address the need for assistance with unwanted and abandoned cats and dogs in eastern Costa County. We offer foster-to-adopt programs for both cats and dogs, along with spay and neuter assistance.
