Adoption Process

We conduct a thorough screening of applicants, which includes a visit to the prospective home of the cat after the application is submitted. Once the application is approved, a contract will be signed, and an adoption fee of $130 for each kitten and $75 for each adult cat will be required. This fee covers spaying or neutering and all necessary vaccinations.

Kitty Katchers was established in the spring of 2007 to implement a trap-neuter-return (TNR) program for cats in the community. We frequently receive requests for assistance with trapping feral cats. Our organization traps, spays or neuters, and returns these cats to their natural colonies. If a female cat is found with kittens, we foster the kittens, providing necessary vaccinations and medical care, and then place them up for adoption. Through the TNR method, we aim to help manage the feral cat population effectively.
