The Yolo County SPCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare through a foster home system. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of animals in the community by implementing programs that facilitate the adoption of homeless animals into permanent, loving homes. We also focus on humane education, spaying and neutering, and the trapping, altering, and return of feral cats.
