Adoption process

To adopt a dog from Beagles and Buddies, you will first need to complete an adoption application. This application is designed to help us understand your lifestyle and the type of dog that would best fit your home. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our team. If your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet between you and the dog you are interested in adopting. This meeting allows you to interact with the dog and see if the match is a good fit for both you and the pet. Following a successful meet-and-greet, we will conduct a home visit to ensure that your living environment is suitable for the dog. This step is important for the well-being of the animal and helps us confirm that you are prepared for pet ownership. Once all steps are completed and approved, you will be able to finalize the adoption. At this point, you will sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee, which contributes to the care and rehabilitation of the animals in our program. After adoption, we encourage you to stay in touch and share updates about your new pet. We are here to support you and answer any questions you may have as you begin this new journey with your dog.
