Penny is about 8 years old and 40 lbs. The shelter she came from called her a Jack Russell mix, but she also looks part hound. She is spayed. She is skittish of people and will need a home that will be patient with her and that will be willing to give her the training she needs. She has warmed up to volunteers who spend time with her. She loves getting treats. She likes other dogs, especially males her size or a little bigger.  Her BFF and roomie is handsome Spuds - they would love a home together. Please allow us up to a week to get back to you.
