Adoption Process
The adoption process involves submitting an application, which will be reviewed. If approved, you will schedule an appointment with the foster caregiver to meet the cats. Following this meeting, you will need to complete an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.

We are a newly established 501(c)(3) organization formerly known as The Cat Team of the Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck. We have separated from the AWL due to differing opinions regarding the services and procedures necessary to address the needs of the large population of community cats in the Northern Neck. We are now operating under the name Garfield's Rescue, Inc.
