Adoption Process
The adoption process includes a review of the medical intake, completion of the adoption application, and verification of references. A phone interview with the adopters will be conducted. Arrangements will be made for pick-up and/or transport of the animal. Adoption fees vary by location, ranging from $125 to $450.

ArkanPaws Animal Rescue in Conway, AR
Arkanpaws Animal Rescue is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to assisting homeless animals through rescue, fostering, veterinary care, rehabilitation, and ultimately placing them in loving forever homes. Based in central Arkansas, we offer transportation services to most states, arranging weekly transport for dogs adopted to homes in New England. Currently, many of our animals are housed in foster homes throughout the central Arkansas region. Arkanpaws is focused on fostering a community of caring pet families and enhancing networking and services for pet owners. We aim to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering pets as a critical measure to combat the serious issue of pet overpopulation. Each day, countless healthy and adoptable pets lose their lives due to this crisis. We are actively developing a network of volunteers and foster families and promoting available spay/neuter discount programs along with other pet-related resources. We believe that knowledge is powerful, and harnessing that power to create positive change in the community is an admirable pursuit. Arkanpaws Animal Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization specializing in all breeds, established on December 12, 2013. Contributions to our organization are tax-deductible. We maintain good standing with the Secretary of State’s office and are registered as a charity with the Arkansas Attorney General’s office.
