Mountain Cats TNR is a 501c3 non-profit organization under Shannondale & Beyond Inc., established in the fall of 2015. Our mission is to reduce the population of feral and unwanted cats through the trap-neuter-return (TNR) method. Since our inception, we have successfully spayed and neutered over 800 cats in Jefferson County, West Virginia. We depend entirely on community donations and volunteers to support our efforts.
