Second Chance For Cats is a nonprofit organization dedicated to spaying and neutering homeless cats, followed by their adoption, relocation, or release. Our mission is to reduce the population of free-roaming cats in Bluefield, West Virginia, and the surrounding areas. We also aim to provide ongoing care for homeless and neglected cats, including rabies vaccinations, medical treatment, and food. Ultimately, we aspire to establish a rescue and no-kill shelter for these animals.
