Adoption Process

The Warren County Tennessee Humane Society has been dedicated to assisting abused, neglected, and unwanted animals since 1979. Since Christmas 2009 alone, we have helped over one hundred dogs, contributing to our overall impact on thousands of animals throughout our history. We rescue dogs from various situations, including the Animal Control facility, owner surrenders, and cases of abandonment and abuse. Our rescued dogs and cats are placed in loving homes both locally in Tennessee and across the nation. We ensure that each animal receives vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. For rescues that are adopted out of state, we facilitate their transportation to their new homes. These animals transition from dire circumstances to loving environments, where they can enjoy fulfilling lives.
