Fetching Hearts Rescue Corporation in Enfield, CT
Fetching Hearts Rescue is dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs by providing foster care and facilitating adoptions. We also focus on educating the public about responsible pet ownership. As a rescue organization, rather than a traditional dog shelter, we do not house our dogs in a single location. Instead, they are placed in foster homes in Connecticut and with our partner organizations in the southern United States.

Adoption process
The adoption process begins with the completion of an application, which will be reviewed by our volunteers. A meet and greet will be arranged before final approval for adoption. An adoption contract must be signed, and the adoption fee paid, prior to the dog being released to its new owner.
