Adoption Process

We conduct thorough vetting appropriate to the age of the animal, including spaying or neutering and microchipping, before adoption. Additionally, we require photos of the home and a completed application, which includes a contract, prior to the adoption process.

Service Areas

We serve Cleveland, TN; Chattanooga, TN; Ringgold, GA; and Dalton, GA. Our coverage extends throughout the TN Valley, and we are always willing to travel as necessary.

We are a non-profit dog rescue organization located in the Chattanooga, TN Valley, operating under 501(c)(3) status. Founded over 20 years ago by our president, Judy Butterfield, our board consists of five dedicated members. Recently, we acquired a facility that allows us to accommodate more dogs, expanding our operations beyond our previous foster-based model. We do not receive outside funding; all our financial support is derived from donations received through dog adoptions.
