Adoption Process

Our adoption process includes a vet check and a phone interview as a minimum requirement for screening potential adopters. In many states, home visits are also conducted. Please note that not all applicants will be approved. Once an adopter is approved, we take great care in matching each foster dog with the appropriate adopter. The adoption fee is $350, which covers a spayed or neutered, healthy animal that is up to date on all healthcare.

Our service areas extend from California to North Carolina, while excluding Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and other similar regions.

English Springer Rescue America in Woodstock, GA

We are a nationwide breed-specific rescue organization that accepts dogs from both individual owners and animal shelters. While our address serves as our official corporate location, our board members are located throughout the country. Each state is managed by a dedicated coordinator. I serve as the coordinator for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, in addition to my responsibilities as the national webmaster and IT coordinator. I have been a member of this organization for 19 years.
