Adoption Process

The FCPGA requires potential adopters to fill out an adoption application and meet with a program representative in person prior to finalizing the adoption. The adoption fee is $150 for a fully vetted cat or kitten. If for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we request that it be returned to our rescue. We also ask that cats and kittens not be declawed and encourage adopting them into "indoor only" homes.

Feral Cat Program of Georgia in Alpharetta, GA

FCPGA actively supports spaying and neutering initiatives and assists community cats through trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs. Additionally, we collaborate with neighboring shelters in North Georgia by taking in cats from these facilities and facilitating their adoption through our program. This effort contributes to reducing the euthanasia rates in these shelters.
