Adoption Process

Applications for adoption can be completed at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt. We require that all pets in the household, with the exception of those with medical conditions or underage, be current on vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered.

Service Areas

We primarily serve the Atlanta Metro Area for foster placements, but we also facilitate adoptions from out of state.

Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, Inc. is a nonprofit organization recognized under section 501(c)(3) that operates on a volunteer basis. Our mission is to rescue dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in North Georgia. Founded in February 2009 by a group of dedicated individuals in the Atlanta area, we strive to save adoptable animals facing euthanasia in local animal control facilities.
