Adoption Process

The adoption process involves several steps. First, we will review your application, conduct a veterinary check, and perform a home visit. If everything is satisfactory, you will need to pay an adoption fee of $350 and sign an adoption contract before the pet is officially transferred to you.

We do not operate a shelter. Our organization is entirely run by volunteers. We rescue many pets from high-kill shelters, as well as from the public and strays, depending on the circumstances. Our animals are placed in a limited number of foster homes, as well as in boarding facilities and veterinary clinics. We incur daily boarding costs for some pets, while certain clinics and boarding facilities generously donate space for one or two animals.
