Second Chance for Strays is a no-kill animal rescue located in Pinellas County. We are dedicated to finding homes for pets that have been overlooked by other animal shelters. Since our inception in 1999, our small non-profit organization has focused on rescuing as many stray animals from Pinellas County shelters as possible.
