Friends of Union County Animals in Lake City, FL
Over a year ago, we began our efforts to rescue dogs from the Union County Animal Control. Until last week, we successfully prevented the euthanasia of any dogs from this facility by networking and facilitating their transport to rescues and foster homes. To date, we have saved more than 200 dogs from this facility, which operated solely as a kill shelter and was not open to the public.
