Adoption Process

To proceed with the adoption, an Adoption Contract must be completed. A home inspection and veterinary referrals are also required. The fees associated with the adoption include a $60 donation to our local County Shelter fundraising organization and a $14.95 fee for the microchip transfer.

Casita Big Dog Rescue in Inverness, FL

Our organization prioritizes rescuing adoptable dogs that are at risk of being euthanized in our local open admission shelter. The dogs we rescue are cared for in foster homes on our property, where they receive daily exercise and socialization to facilitate a smooth transition into their forever homes. We also provide support to adoptive families to address any issues that may arise during this transition.
