Wits End Pet Rescue in Piqua, OH

I operate a small facility that can accommodate only a few dogs at a time due to limited space. However, I am deeply concerned about the dogs in shelters, which I refer to as being in "jail." Many of these dogs lack hope for a permanent home. With some basic training, they often prove to be wonderful companions. When given a second chance, they show remarkable love and affection.
