Adoption Process

To be eligible for adoption, individuals must be at least 18 years old and provide photo identification that includes their current address. Applicants must comply with local animal ordinances concerning the number of pets allowed in their household. They should either own permanent property or provide proof of permission from their landlord to keep pets. Additionally, any currently owned cats and dogs must be vaccinated against rabies and registered with the county of residence. Lastly, applicants are required to pay the applicable adoption fees.
