Adoption Process

The adoption process involves an initial interview to understand the needs of the person or family seeking to adopt a pet. We then carefully match the pet to the adopter based on compatibility. References will be checked, with particular attention to veterinary information. If the adoption does not work out for any reason, we will always accept the animal back.

A group of individuals separated from a local rescue organization that they felt had prioritized prestige and financial gain over the well-being of animals. They observed that the organization was not adequately addressing the physical and mental needs of the pets in their care. Our focus is on the quality of our work rather than the quantity. We engage in rescue work because we believe it is the right thing to do. As a certified veterinary technician, I feel it is my responsibility to utilize my skills to help animals in need.
