Adoption Process
To initiate the adoption process, we require prospective adopters to complete an application. This application includes questions about their home environment, their motivations for adopting, and other relevant information to help us assess the suitability of the home for the animal. Applicants must provide several references, which we will verify prior to finalizing the adoption. Additionally, candidates will be interviewed, either by phone or in person. We also have a liability form in place, and our adoption application specifies that if the adopter is unable to keep the dog, the dog must be returned to us. The current adoption donation is $50.
