Adoption Process
The adoption process includes submitting an application and participating in a meet-and-greet, which may involve interactions with other dogs if you are adopting a dog. Adoption fees start at $100 for cats and $200 for dogs. A spay/neuter contract will be provided if the animal is too young at the time of adoption.

Rose Acres Rescue in Attalka, AL
11th Hour Dog & Cat Rescue primarily rescues animals from high-kill city and county shelters. We accept nursing puppies and kittens, as well as dogs and cats with special needs. Our organization is open to adopting both large and small breeds. Situated on a spacious farm where animals are often abandoned, we have encountered numerous dumped pets. This prompted my husband to encourage me to establish a rescue organization. We celebrated our second anniversary in July 2017. As a family-based rescue, we house cats in our home and provide shelter for dogs in kennels and/or our home.
