Adoption Process

To begin the adoption process, applicants must complete an application, which can be submitted either on paper or through our website. Once the application is received, our adoption team will review it and arrange a date and time for a visit. During this visit, potential adopters will meet the animal and hopefully form a connection. If an adopter decides to proceed, an adoption contract will be finalized. Adoption fees depend on the species and age of the animal. Working cats are available at no cost. The second cat adopted is always free, while the fee for the first cat ranges from $45 to $75, depending on the season and age of the animal.
