Run entirely by volunteers as a 501(c)3 nonprofit, its mission is to take in Maltese and other small dogs from owner surrenders, shelters, and other situations, providing full veterinary care, spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchipping while dogs live in safe foster homes. Adoptions require complete background checks and home visits to ensure the safety and well-being of every dog placed.
