Adoption Process
Once the adoption application is approved, there is a 7-day foster-to-adopt period. Adopters must be at least 21 years old. If for any reason an adopter can no longer keep the animal, it must be returned to PAWS. The adoption fee for dogs ranges from $75 to $150, while the fee for cats ranges from $50 to $75. We also offer reduced prices during adoption events and at certain times throughout the year.

Our mission is to decrease the number of animals euthanized in shelters by rescuing them from high-risk situations. Our organization is entirely volunteer-based and operates through donations and fundraising efforts. Additionally, we run a thrift store where donated items are sold to support the care of our animals.
