Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center is a 501(c)3 private, nonprofit animal shelter located in Roseburg, Oregon, roughly 50 miles north of Eugene, in Douglas County, where four other shelters and rescues also operate. It is Douglas County's only full-service, open-admission animal shelter, providing shelter, food, and medical care to thousands of homeless, abandoned, or neglected animals each year. Its mission is to champion, promote, and protect the human-animal bond through responsible pet ownership, and it also runs a public spay/neuter program offering reduced-cost cat and dog surgeries for those receiving government assistance.
