The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is a cat rescue organization based in Portland, Oregon, within Multnomah County, roughly 6 miles southwest of Gresham, and one of 22 other animal shelters and rescues located in the county. FCCO operates as a donation-based spay/neuter program specifically for feral and outdoor stray cats, serving communities throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. It is described as the leading feral cat spay/neuter program in the state and one of the largest of its kind in the nation, with vaccines included in its services. Importantly, FCCO does not trap, remove, or rehome cats, focusing its mission instead on population control and community education around feral cat care.
