Its mission centers on stopping pet overpopulation through a Low Cost Spay/Neuter Program and free spay/neuter clinics, while educating the community about responsible pet care and humane treatment of animals. Rather than housing animals on-site, it operates a "virtual kennel," maintaining an online Adoption Gallery that lets the community and other animal welfare organizations promote homeless cats and dogs available in their care. Through this platform, the organization has helped connect thousands of animals with new homes.
