SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina in Elizabeth City, NC

Our organization has been serving the community for over 30 years. In May 2016, we opened a new shelter, replacing an outdated facility that suffered from structural issues and pest problems. With this upgrade, we now provide a safe and comfortable environment for the animals in our care. Our mission is to save more lives and to educate the community about animal welfare and proper animal care.
