Adoption Process

To adopt a pet, you will need to complete an adoption application. We encourage all family members to meet the prospective new pet. A required introduction will take place between your current dog(s) and the new pet. It is essential that all existing pets are up to date on their vaccinations. Additionally, we must receive verbal confirmation from the homeowner regarding the adoption. The adoption fees are as follows: adult cats are $50, kittens are $70, adult dogs are $95, and puppies are $115. These fees cover spaying or neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, de-worming, flea treatment, heartworm testing and prevention, leukemia testing, a bag of food to mix with the new pet's diet, a complimentary local veterinary check-up, and one month of free pet health insurance.
