Joyful Rescues was established in December 2002 and has since developed into a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about helping homeless dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens in need of love and permanent homes. We operate as a no-kill shelter, which means we do not euthanize animals due to space constraints. Our primary objectives at Joyful Rescues include finding new homes for pets and preventing future homelessness, educating the public about responsible pet care and spaying/neutering to address pet overpopulation, ensuring that every pet is spayed or neutered before adoption, and providing spaying and neutering services to as many pets in the community as our resources allow.
