The organization is dedicated to ending pet overpopulation and runs a Feral Spay/Neuter Program offering free spay or neuter, rabies and FVRCP vaccination, and ear-tipping for feral cats belonging to Folsom residents. After surgery and a recovery period, cats are returned to the location where they were trapped through Trap Neuter Release (TNR), a widely used approach to managing feral cat populations.
