Old Friends (Thoroughbred Retirement) in Midway, KY
Old Friends provides a dignified retirement to Thoroughbreds whose racing and breeding careers have ended, promoting these once-celebrated horses through education and tourism to raise awareness of equines in need. The farm is located in Midway, Kentucky, in Woodford County, about 10 miles southeast of Lexington, and is an accredited organization of the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance.
