Applicants must complete an adoption application, be at least 22 with valid photo ID showing their address, proof of stable income, veterinarian reference, and (if renting) landlord contact or lease copy; after submitting the application they are contacted within 48 hours to schedule an appointment with an adoption counselor, and rabbit/dog adoptions are by appointment only.
