Fancy Feline Rescue of the South reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. We will contact your references, including your veterinarian, for further information. You will be notified by email or phone regarding the approval or denial of your application. If approved, arrangements can be made for the adoption. Please note that an adoption fee is required at the time of adoption.

Fancy Feline Rescue of the South is a non-profit, no-kill organization licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. We focus on rescuing "Fancy Feline" breeds, including Persian, Himalayan, Exotic, Ragdoll, Birman, Maine Coon, Siamese, and other breeds recognized by CFA and TICA. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and a safe haven for cats that have been abandoned, abused, neglected, or surrendered by their owners, while also finding suitable forever homes for each of them. At Fancy Feline Rescue of the South, we prioritize individual attention and high-quality care for our cats. Each cat is assessed for temperament, fully vetted before adoption, and matched with the most appropriate adoptive home to ensure their specific needs are met.
