New Hampshire SPCA in Stratham, NH

The New Hampshire SPCA is a humane society located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, about 10 miles north of Dover, NH. It is New Hampshire's oldest and largest animal shelter, dedicated to helping people and pets across the state through pet adoption services, cruelty intervention, dog training classes, a summer camp and clubs for kids, and low-cost spay/neuter clinics. The shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and its mission is to provide a safe and loving home for every animal. Beyond adoption, its programs extend to humane education, behavior training, and community wellness services for both animals and the people who care for them.
