Greater Cayuga SPCA in Auburn, NY
Greater Cayuga SPCA is a humane society located in Auburn, New York, about 25 miles east of Syracuse. Founded in 1896 in Auburn, the organization began with a single horse-drawn wagon and a vision of a more humane world built on kindness, compassion, and honesty. It offers pet adoptions, low-cost spay and neuter services, pet food distribution, and cruelty response, serving pet owners throughout Cayuga County and nearby towns; every animal adopted out is vaccinated and spayed or neutered before going to a new home. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
