About this shelter

Brave Breed Rescue, Inc. in West Milton, OH

Brave Breed Rescue, Inc. is a rescue organization based in West Milton, Ohio, about 15 miles south of Dayton. Its mission, in the words of President Wes Martin, is "to not only provide sanctuary for the at risk animals that we rescue, but behaviorally prepare them to find their forever home and forever family." The rescue focuses heavily on dogs, including German Shepherds, and supports its work through adoption, foster, and volunteer programs as well as a boarding facility and dog training services. Community fundraising efforts, such as merchandise sales and a golf outing, help fund its rescue operations.
