Central Ohio's Programs for Animal Welfare (CO•PAW) is an animal shelter and nonprofit veterinary clinic located in Columbus, Ohio, about 9 miles south of the city, open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Founded in 2020 as a 501(c)(3) organization, CO•PAW is dedicated to ensuring that every pet in Columbus receives high-quality medical care regardless of financial constraints, offering services such as wellness exams, spay/neuter surgeries, dental care, diagnostics, and urgent walk-in treatment. The organization has served over 10,000 animals and performed more than 6,400 surgeries, and it also extends its work internationally through the GO•PAW outreach initiative, partnering with organizations abroad to provide surgical missions and spay/neuter programs for underserved animal populations.
