About this shelter

Neenah Animal Shelter in Neenah, WI

Neenah Animal Shelter is located in Neenah, Wisconsin, about 9 miles north of Appleton, WI, and is open to the public Tuesday from 1:00–5:00 PM, Thursday from 2:00–6:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 1:00–5:00 PM. The shelter exists to humanely care for lost, surrendered, neglected, impounded, and abandoned pets until loving, forever homes are found for them. It operates under a LifeFirst™ philosophy, committing to never euthanize an adoptable animal because of lack of space or funding, instead working to save, restore, and rehome every adoptable animal in its care. Beyond adoptions, the shelter focuses on strengthening the bond between people and their pets through education and example.
