Bucky's Bull Rescue is a rescue organization located in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, about 40 miles south of Milwaukee, and is open 24 hours every day of the week. Its mission is "to do as much good as we can, for as many as possible," with a special focus on rescuing bull calves from the dairy industry—young males who are often separated from their mothers and sold for veal or slaughter because they cannot produce milk. Beyond bull calves and steers, the sanctuary is home to a growing herd of rescued cattle, along with pigs, goats, ducks, chickens, and barn cats, all given sanctuary, veterinary care, and permanent homes on the property.
